REPRESENTING CALIFORNIA

Casey Gee

Casey received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law.  There, she served on the Oregon Law Review and received the Maxine Lee Award for Editorial Excellence.

During law school, Casey developed a passion for client advocacy through her volunteer work at Lane County Legal Aid and Advocacy Center, where she assisted low-income individuals with legal issues ranging from elder abuse to evictions.  She also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Douglas S. Mitchell in the Lane County Circuit Court, Oregon; as a certified law student in the Lane County District Attorney’s Office; and as a research assistant to the Dean of the University of Oregon School of Law, Margaret Paris.

An East Bay native, Casey returned to the Bay Area after law school and worked as the Supervising Judicial Research Attorney for the Honorable Stuart L. Hing in the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda.  Her work garnered attention from outside of the courthouse and helped secure a federal grant for a mental health program at the Alameda County Superior Court.

Wanting to directly advocate for clients, Casey began practicing personal injury law with TLO-LAW in 2014.  Casey works on a wide range of cases including sexual assault, traumatic brain injury, roadway defects, and wrongful death.
