Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC, et al., Case No. 30-2025-01496682-CU-PO-CJC). The complaint alleges that improper touching by massage therapists is a known risk in the industry. It also alleges that Elements Massage promoted safety, professionalism, and consent as core commitments, but failed to take reasonable steps to protect guests from foreseeable misconduct.
